What MyTrainJourney is

MyTrainJourney gives you access to historic and live train service information sourced from National Rail's Darwin and Historical Service Performance (HSP) data, via the Rail Data Marketplace. MyTrainJourney is an informational tool only - it is not an official National Rail product, not a ticketing or booking service, and is not operated by National Rail, Network Rail or any train operating company.

Accuracy of information

Historic punctuality figures and live journey information are provided as reported by National Rail's own data services. While we aim to display this accurately, we can't guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and we have no control over the underlying data. Please don't rely solely on MyTrainJourney for time-critical travel decisions - always check directly with the relevant train operator or National Rail Enquiries before you travel.

Permitted use

  • MyTrainJourney is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Please don't use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract data from the site in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers.
  • Don't use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The MyTrainJourney name, branding and site design belong to Glow. The underlying rail service data belongs to National Rail / the Rail Delivery Group and is made available under their own licensing terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MyTrainJourney is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided by the service.

Links to third parties

MyTrainJourney may link to third-party websites, such as National Rail's own services. We aren't responsible for the content or availability of any third-party site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
